Following through on it’s recent Nintendo Direct update, Nintendo has announced details for it’s upcoming ‘online play test’ for it’s Nintendo Switch sports to be held this weekend.
As previously outlined in the Nintendo Direct update, Switch Sports is the perverbial sequel to Wii Sports, the wildly popular game on the Nintendo Wii which arguably gave the console it’s hallmark and contributed to it’s iconoic popularity.
Registration for the play sessions opened up on February 15th and will be available to Nintendo Switch online members. The members will be able to choose from five different sessions held during the span of February 18th through the 20th, with the first session taking place at 7:00PM PST.
