Nintendo has posted an updated announcement and release date for Switch Sports. The re-imagined game from the days of the Nintendo Wii was originally announced on the February Nintendo Direct update, and was opened up for a brief play test shortly after.
The updated announcement includes more detailed gamplay, release details, and also states when key free updates will be available including:
- Leg-strap compatibility: The demonstrated ‘leg-strap compatibility’ will be added this summer for use with mini-games such as Soccer
- Golf: Golf, which was teased towards the end of the trailer below, will be released sometime in the fall.
Switch Sports will be available on April 29th.
