In a pricing analysis, released by 3DCenter focusing on the German and Austrian markets, graphics card pricing are starting to show a decline.
While graphics cards remain above MSRP prices, there are some highlights of hope in the market according to the analysis including:
- While pricing is still higher than pre-pandemic levels, the trend line is showing a decline from previous increases, which went as high as 318%
- Nvidia’s median pricing has dropped 30% since December. During December, these cards were sold for over 180% of MSRP.
- AMD Graphics Cards are following a similar trend, with a total drop of 37% for the same period.
